Butler Snow's practice areas include the full range of business law and litigation services.What you will do:
- Be a strategic part of litigation teams committed to providing excellent representation to our clients;
- Participate in trial preparation ;
- Take and defend depositions;
- Prepare and argue motions;
- Research and analyze complex litigation issues
What you bring:
- Experience in taking and defending depositions;
- Ability to research and investigate complex litigation areas;
- Excellent writing abilities
- 3-5 years of litigation experience
