Our firm prides itself on collegiality, collaboration, and high-quality advocacy. We are currently seeking a seasoned and personable Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our team and grow with us.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of experience in all phases of commercial litigation and enjoy working in a supportive, team-driven environment. This role offers meaningful responsibility, hands-on litigation experience, and the opportunity to work closely with colleagues on complex and engaging matters. Strong writing, research, and communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft, review, and argue pleadings, motions, and manage all phases of discovery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial litigation.
- Admission to both the New York and New Jersey bars.
- Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach to practice.
