Description:

Lerch, Early & Brewer, a full-service commercial law firm in Bethesda, Maryland, is seeking an associate attorney with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to join the Commercial Lending practice group.

You would work alongside experienced and highly skilled senior attorneys in a range of matters, including significant commercial loan transactions (including real estate loans, floor plan financings, government-guaranteed loans, such as SBA 7(a) and 504 loans, construction loans, and other asset-based loans), loan document negotiations, loan structuring, and the modification and workout of lending matters. Our associates frequently work directly with clients, helping them achieve their many business objectives.

Qualified candidates will have excellent academic credentials and prior work experience drafting commercial lending and other transactional documents, as well as working on complex business purchase transactions at a private law firm. In addition, candidates must demonstrate high standards of professional excellence, a commitment to outstanding client satisfaction, the ability to work well with others, and a strong work ethic.

The starting salary for this position is $135,000 per year (based on experience), with potential for generous annual and monthly performance-based bonuses.
