Who You Are:
You are a high performer with 3-5 years of experience with the following:
- Class Action defense in consumer class actions including false advertising, product defect, breach of warranty, violation of consumer protection laws (required);
- CA Unfair Competition Law (required);
- Briefing class certification and/or summary judgment (required);
- Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery;
- Conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews;
- Managing e-discovery.
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- You have strong case management skills, work ethic, and a team-oriented attitude.
- You are an active member of the California Bar or New York Bar.
