Position Overview:
We are looking to hire bright, motivated Associate Attorneys to join our thriving and growing practice. Associates participate in all aspects of litigating class action cases, from conception through judgment, and we provide excellent professional development in a respectful, comfortable, and low-stress environment.

Position Duties and Responsibilities
  • Research and develop class actions and draft complaints
  • Draft and argue legal motions and appeals
  • Engage in written discovery, take and defend depositions, and develop evidence
  • Interact with clients and class members
  • Work with consulting and testifying experts and percipient fact witnesses
  • Participate in pre-trial preparations and trial

Requirements:
  • J.D. from accredited university
  • Licensed to practice in California
  • 4-8 years' civil litigation experience

Preferences:
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Experience litigating class actions
  • Experience or interest in emerging technologies like crypto and AI
  • A passion for social justice

Compensation and Benefits (some subject to probationary period)

  • Annual salary $100,000+ DOE
  • Guaranteed case development bonuses
