The Opportunity:We have an exciting opportunity for a Class Action and Commercial Litigation Associate with 3-6 years of complex commercial litigation and class action experience to join our San Francisco office.
The Day-To-Day:
As an associate in the Litigation Department, you'll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys.
You Have:
- 3-6 years of class action and complex commercial litigation experience in a law firm; trial experience is a plus;
- Experience preparing pleadings and contested motions (such as complaints, motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, oppositions to class certification, etc.);
- Experience taking and defending depositions and working with expert witnesses;
- Stellar writing ability and excellent academic credentials, as writing ability is critical for this position (we ask that you submit two writing samples with your application);
- Strong analytical and verbal communication skills;
- Candidate must be admitted to the California State Bar.
