Their team is dedicated to fighting for justice and protecting the rights of their clients.Job Description: This is a full-time remote position for a Plaintiffs' Class Action Attorney. The attorney will be responsible for representing clients in class action lawsuits, from initiation through settlement, trial and appeals - from pre-litigation investigation, to legal research, all aspects of litigation, drafting briefs and collaborating with our legal team to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
Qualifications:
- Litigation background in class action law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research skills, attention to detail and accuracy is a must
- Ability to work independently and remotely (on West Coast time)
- CA bar admission required
