Description:

We are a fast-moving litigation firm built around high-impact advocacy and strong client service. This role is for an attorney who wants meaningful work, real responsibility, and a team that invests in training and growth.

Practice focus: civil rights and employment litigation, with matters that may include education-related civil rights, personal injury, and consumer protection.

What you will do:

Draft and file complaints, motions, oppositions, and settlement documents.
Run discovery (written discovery, meet and confer, subpoenas) and prepare cases for hearing and trial.
Support or take depositions and key witness preparation.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts to move cases forward.
Collaborate on case strategy and negotiate resolutions.

What You Must Already Be Able to Do

Handle litigation tasks independently: legal research, persuasive writing, and deadline control.
Work comfortably in contested matters where priorities move quickly.

Requirements:

Active California Bar license and in good standing.
Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
Comfort using modern legal tech (case management, e-filing) and openness to AI tools.

Work Location:
Remote-first. In-person only if absolutely necessary.

Base Pay: $150,000/year + quarterly bonuses (bonus opportunity increases the longer you stay)
