We are a fast-moving litigation firm built around high-impact advocacy and strong client service. This role is for an attorney who wants meaningful work, real responsibility, and a team that invests in training and growth.

Practice focus: civil rights and employment litigation, with matters that may include education-related civil rights, personal injury, and consumer protection.

What you will do:
  • Draft and file complaints, motions, oppositions, and settlement documents.
  • Run discovery (written discovery, meet and confer, subpoenas) and prepare cases for hearing and trial.
  • Support or take depositions and key witness preparation.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts to move cases forward.
  • Collaborate on case strategy and negotiate resolutions.

What You Must Already Be Able to Do
  • Handle litigation tasks independently: legal research, persuasive writing, and deadline control.
  • Work comfortably in contested matters where priorities move quickly.

Requirements:
  • Active California Bar license and in good standing.
  • Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
  • Comfort using modern legal tech (case management, e-filing) and openness to AI tools.

Work Location:
Remote-first. In-person only if absolutely necessary.

Base Pay: $150,000/year + quarterly bonuses (bonus opportunity increases the longer you stay)
