Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients
- Draft, review, and analyze pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
- Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses
- Assist with and participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
- Manage assigned matters and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to develop litigation strategy and achieve favorable outcomes
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
- Newly licensed attorney to 3 years of civil litigation experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational and case management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
- Eagerness to learn, accept mentorship, and develop as a litigation attorney
- Spanish bilingual ability is a plus, but not required
Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
