Commercial Litigation

Florida Licensed Attorney

Duties:

Conduct legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals
Attend court hearings
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida
experience in litigation and trial work
Strong legal research and writing skills
Must have strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills
Familiarity with legal administrative tasks
