About the role:
Prominent law firm is seeking an experienced Defense Attorney with a background in Civil Litigation/Insurance Defense/Subrogation. In addition to the requisite experience, the ideal candidate will handle appearances and assignments with minimal or no supervision.
What you will do:
- Manage cases of general liability and bodily injury.
- Required to be proficient in handling civil cases through trial.
- Take depositions, oral argument, and hearing attendance.
- Negotiate settlements and report to the clients.

Education and Experience:
At least 2 years of experience handling Civil Litigation/Insurance Defense cases
