A Injury Defense Litigation Law Firm, a leading insurance defense firm in California, is hiring an attorney who resides in California to work remotely (except where needed to appear in court for trial) We are currently interviewing attorneys with 2-5 years of experience of handling liability litigation. We are looking for someone that has a strong desire to litigate. Experience in the arena of insurance defense is desired. The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients in determining legal strategy, taking depositions and examinations under oath, as well as writing motions and legal opinions. The expectation is for the candidate to handle files from beginning to conclusion, including trial as lead attorney.

Our Main Office is in Pleasanton California, but we practice law throughout the entire state.
