Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated Civil Litigation Attorney with 2–4 years of experience to join our Consumer Warranty Litigation team. The ideal candidate has solid litigation experience and the ability to manage cases independently while working within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of civil litigation, including pleadings, motion practice, written discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
- Work directly with clients to provide guidance, case updates, and strategic recommendations.
- Assist in trial preparation and, when applicable, participate in trial proceedings.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active bar membership in CA
- 2–4 years of civil litigation experience, preferably including consumer warranty, product liability, or related practice areas.
- Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to high-quality work.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
