Epsten, APC, is seeking an experienced California-licensed Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team and handle complex matters from pre-litigation strategy through trial and appeal. This is an opportunity for a motivated and collaborative attorney with strong advocacy skills and a genuine commitment to exceptional client service.What You'll Do:
- Appear in court, arbitration, and other tribunals on behalf of clients
- Develop and execute litigation strategy across a diverse caseload
- Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and complex legal documents
- Conduct depositions, client meetings, and expert interviews
- Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate across the firm
- Manage multiple active matters and meet strict court deadlines
What We're Looking For:
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Minimum 5 years California litigation experience
- Active California State Bar license in good standing
- Strong courtroom presence and oral advocacy skills
- Excellent legal research and writing ability
- Ability to manage multiple matters and meet strict deadlines
- Harmonious collaborator with a stable employment history
- Proficiency in Lexis/Nexis, iManage, Microsoft 365, Law Toolbox and Centerbase
