Kania Law Office is seeking a high-caliber, driven Civil Litigation Attorney to join our Tulsa team. We are a fast-paced firm dedicated to providing aggressive and effective legal representation across Oklahoma. If you are a seasoned litigator with a deep understanding of probate and business, or other civil law, we want to hear from you.The Role:
You will manage a diverse caseload involving complex litigation. This is not a "desk-only" role; you will be expected to take ownership of files from intake through trial or settlement, providing the strategic counsel our clients expect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in Civil Litigation, Probate, and Business Litigation matters.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda with precision.
- Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and lead trials in Oklahoma state and federal courts.
- Provide expert legal advice on business disputes and related practice areas.
- Collaborate with our legal support staff to ensure efficient case management and SEO-driven client communication.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven track record in Civil Litigation and Probate is mandatory.
- Expertise: Substantial experience in Business Litigation and related civil practice areas.
- Licensure: Must be a member in good standing with the Oklahoma Bar Association.
- Skills: Exceptional courtroom presence, advanced research skills, and a "client-first" mentality.
- Local Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Tulsa County and surrounding district court procedures.
