Qualifications:
- Admission and good standing with California Bar
- JD from accredited law school
- Experience in Litigation
- Independent drive and initiative
- Excellent research and writing skills, including significant experience with law and motion
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Trial experience
- Address all aspects of a case from initiation to disposition
- Develop and implement case strategies
- Manage case deadlines
- Handle Court appearances, depositions and all other case contact
- Effectively communicate (oral and written) with client, opposing counsel, court and all others on a matte
