immediate need for an attorney with three to six years' quality
experience in business litigation to join its growing and busy Phoenix
office. The ideal candidate will have overall case management
experience, including experience with written discovery, depositions,
drafting motions, developing and implementing case strategy, and
participating in court proceedings. The candidate should also have
demonstrated skills in writing and analysis, attention to detail, a
strong academic record and excellent professional credentials. Arizona
Bar membership required.
