Overview: We have an opportunity for an Associate or Senior Counsel Attorney with civil litigation experience (preferably in the area of product liability) to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. When you join our team of legal professionals you can expect to be given significant responsibility and have immediate involvement with litigation matters. This position is hybrid and offers work from home and in-office workdays.Skills / Qualifications:
- Strong academic background
- Admitted to the Arizona Bar
- 3-7 years of litigation experience (insurance defense/product liability)
- Experience with writing dispositive motions or appellate briefs, taking depositions, attending court hearings, and participation in trial is a plus, though not a requirement for this position
- Understanding of current state and federal procedures
