Denver Trial Attorneys, a premier Denver-based litigation firm, is seeking a highly experienced Civil Litigation Attorney with a strong background in a range of complex civil disputes, including catastrophic personal injury, commercial litigation, construction defect, professional and liquor license litigation, and other unique civil matters. - Manage a diverse caseload of high-value and complex civil litigation matters.
- Handle all phases of litigation from initial investigation through trial and resolution.
- Determine legal claims and legal theories, draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, manage discovery, and appear in court regularly.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary legal team to strategize and deliver optimal outcomes for clients.
- Maintain clear and consistent client communication while managing expectations and goals.
Qualifications:
- Active member of the Colorado Bar in good standing.
- A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, including significant trial and courtroom exposure.
- Demonstrated expertise in both civil and personal injury litigation; catastrophic personal injury case experience is highly valued.
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team setting.
- Strong time management, case management, and client management skills.
