An Appellate, Arbitration Law Firm is a medium-sized civil defense law firm located in Lafayette Square. The firm is seeking candidates with 3-5 years of civil litigation experience in one or more of the following areas: construction, transportation, product liability, and/or general liability. Missouri law license is required and dual licensure with Illinois is preferred. The associate attorney should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can handle a large volume of files along with meeting strict deadlines.
Our associates have the opportunity to gain experience from a team of attorneys with many years of trial experience who provide an engaging environment for training and professional development. The associate can expect to be involved in all aspects of file workup including taking depositions, attending court hearings, and preparing pleadings, among other responsibilities as they arise.
