Role Description:This is a full-time hybrid role for a Civil Litigation Attorney at A Full-Service Law Firm with a minimum of 3 years experience. The attorney will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to civil litigation, including conducting legal research, drafting and arguing motions, representing clients in court trials and depositions. While the role is primarily located in Philadelphia, PA, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of civil law and litigation process
- Experience in conducting legal research and drafting motions
- Ability to represent clients in court trials and depositions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Admission to the bar in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey
- Previous experience in a law firm or clerking for a judge is a plus
