Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Civil Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law, including but not limited to Personal Injury, Employment Law, and Medical Malpractice Law. Responsibilities:

Represent clients in civil litigation matters across various practice areas including Personal injury law, Employment law, Medical Malpractice law and more.
Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Westlaw to support case strategies.
Draft and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients while maintaining a focus on their best interests.
Prepare for trials by organizing evidence and developing case strategies.
Provide legal advice to clients regarding their rights and obligations under the law.
Maintain accurate records of all case-related activities and communications.
