We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney with collections experience to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Represent clients — and the firm — in civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Handle internal lawsuits and firm-related legal disputes with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Draft and argue motions, discovery, pleadings, and other key litigation documents.
- Manage collection cases, including demand letters, post-judgment enforcement, and asset recovery.
- Conduct hearings, mediations, and trials with confidence and skill.
- Provide legal advice and risk management guidance to internal teams and leadership.
- Negotiate settlements and resolutions to achieve favorable outcomes.
Qualifications:
