The Cincinnati, Ohio office of a national insurance and general practice law firm is seeking a first or second year Associate attorney. Preference will be given to candidates with property and casualty insurance claim experience, and salary will be negotiable depending upon length of admission.Duties include legal drafting, motion practice, taking and defending depositions and Examinations Under Oath, court appearances, and coverage analysis. Applicants must already be licensed to practice in Ohio or Kentucky, be self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
