Our firm is a boutique litigation defense firm specializing in dental
malpractice cases. Our clients are medical dental professionals who have
been sued in civil court actions for money damages for alleged dental
malpractice. We have an excellent reputation and work closely with
several national malpractice insurance carriers who engage our office on
behalf of their insureds knowing that our work is top notch. As our new
litigation associate you will be in Court several times per week, and
you will be responsible for managing litigation files from inception
through trial. This exciting field entails direct and frequent contacts
with clients, carriers, Court personnel, colleagues, and adversaries.
You will be investigating cases by obtaining and assessing medical
records, and working with medical experts in various fields as you
develop a cogent and effective defense strategy. Our office will offer
you immediate opportunities to try cases as well, since as specialists
we receive assignments that include some cases with limited exposure
which you will be given for trial. This means real experience trying
cases with limited exposure. Nevertheless, you will also be working in
conjunction with the firms Partners on serious personal injury cases
including paresthesia, failure to diagnose oral cancer, and even death
