Todd & Weld LLP seeks an associate to join its civil litigation group. Candidates should desire to develop an active trial practice and be eager to take responsibility for a varied caseload with significant client contact.Todd & Weld is regularly engaged in significant pro bono and public interest work. Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on complex commercial litigation preferred
- Excellent writing, research, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated excellence in legal research and writing
- Experience practicing in Massachusetts state and federal courts
- Desire to develop an active trial practice and manage a diverse caseload with substantial client interaction
- Admission to practice in Massachusetts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $146,000.00 - $164,000.00 per year
