We provide a collaborative environment. The new attorney needs to be proficient in either injury or employment litigation, and willing and able to handle every aspect of a case, including jury trials, mediations, and discovery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage an active caseload from intake through resolution.
- Take and defend depositions, draft discovery, and participate in hearings.
- Try jury cases.
- Work directly with clients to deliver exceptional service and results.
- Handle every aspect of litigation — this role is for someone eager to go to trial.
Qualifications:
- 2 references required
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active California Bar License.
- 2–5 years of litigation experience on behalf of plaintiff (employment law or personal injury).
