Description:
Cadwalader's Capital Markets department is seeking a junior to mid-level attorney to support our commercial mortgage securitization practice. Familiarity with commercial real estate is preferred but not necessary. This attorney will be interacting with clients and responsible for drafting and reviewing disclosure in offering materials. Ideal candidates should have 2+ years of real estate lending and/or capital markets experience.The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $235,000 to $430,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, and, if applicable, the location from which the applicant will be performing the job.
