A background in real estate, condemnation, construction, and related litigation is preferred. Candidates should be motivated self-starters with a solid academic record, effective writing and communication skills, as well as a commitment and desire to work efficiently on legal matters. Strong research and writing skills and a broad knowledge base of business issues are required.
