Thompson Hine LLP seeks an associate to join its Business Restructuring, Creditors' Rights & Bankruptcy practice in the Cleveland or Atlanta office. The successful candidate will have three to six years of bankruptcy practice experience, outstanding academic credentials, a strong work ethic, and excellent writing and research skills. Judicial clerkship experience for a bankruptcy judge is a plus. The associate will be involved in complex bankruptcy matters in a sophisticated and diverse practice. Candidates must be licensed to practice in the state to which they are applying.Compensation is determined by the market in which the position is located, the responsibilities of the position, the experience and skills of the applicant, and other job-related factors. The anticipated salary range for this position in Cleveland is $185,000-$205,000.
