A Full-Service Firm seeks an associate to join its Business Reorganization
and Financial Restructuring practice group. The ideal candidate should
have 3-5 or more years of sophisticated commercial bankruptcy practice
including both litigation and transactional experience. Candidate must
have an aptitude for client contact, have the willingness to work
independently, be a team player, be able to work/thrive in a fast-paced
environment, and be detail-oriented. Stellar academics and superior
writing and research skills are required. This position is available in
our New York, Newark, Philadelphia, Wilmington, or San Francisco office
along with requisite bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
