Description:Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking an experienced Business Litigation Trial Attorney to join our growing litigation team. We are looking for a highly capable litigator who is confident in the courtroom and equally strong in legal writing.
The ideal candidate will be a Texas-licensed attorney with substantial business litigation and trial experience, exceptional legal writing skills, and the ability to independently manage complex litigation matters from inception through trial.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage business and commercial litigation matters from case inception through resolution and trial.
- Develop and execute effective litigation strategies.
- Conduct and defend depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, legal correspondence, and other litigation documents.
- Conduct thorough legal research and apply relevant law to complex factual issues.
- Analyze contracts, business records, financial documents, and other evidence.
- Prepare witnesses, exhibits, and evidence for hearings and trial.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding case strategy, developments, and risks.
- Work collaboratively with attorneys and litigation staff while maintaining ownership of assigned matters.
- Manage case deadlines, discovery, court filings, and other litigation requirements.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Active Texas Bar license required.
- Admission to an additional state bar is preferred, particularly where relevant to the firm's litigation practice.
- Significant experience practicing business, commercial, or complex civil litigation.
- Substantial trial experience required.
- Demonstrated experience taking cases through discovery, hearings, and trial.
- Exceptional legal writing and research skills required.
- Ability to independently draft persuasive motions, briefs, pleadings, and legal arguments.
- Strong courtroom presence and oral advocacy skills.
- Excellent analytical, strategic, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a litigation team.
