Overview:
Nelson Mullins is in search of a Business Litigation Staff Attorney to join its Litigation group in the Columbia, South Carolina office. As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity for an attorney to join an expanding and fast-paced practice that offers a range of litigation services to clients in a variety of industries.

A day in the life:
Nelson Mullins' Columbia SC office was established in 1897 by Patrick Henry Nelson. Today in Columbia, we have approximately 115 attorneys and 230 support staff providing client services across a range of practice areas, including corporate, litigation, intellectual property, government relations, and e-discovery.

Nelson Mullins' office in Columbia also hosts the Firm's business and administrative functions, including our financial, human resources, marketing, operations and technology teams, enabling us to maintain infrastructure cost-efficiencies while also providing access to talent here in South Carolina's capital city. We Know You:
You have one to two years of experience as an attorney, are knowledgeable in the areas of business litigation, and are comfortable with frequent court appearances. You have strong writing, analytical, communications skills, and you excelled academically. You are a member in Good Standing of the South Carolina Bar.
