Parker Poe Is Seeking an Attorney with 5+ Years of Litigation Experience to Join Our Business Litigation Practice Group. This Role Will Be Based out Of the Raleigh, North Carolina Office. the Ideal Candidate Will Have Substantial Experience in Business Litigation, Including Class Action, Breach of Contract, Fraud, Trade Secret Misappropriation, and Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices. Federal Clerkship and Big Law Experience Are Preferred but Not Required. This Is an Excellent Opportunity to Work with A Close-Knit Team that Has a National Practice and Appears Before State and Federal Courts Throughout the Firm's Southeastern Footprint and Beyond. the Applicant Must Possess Exceptional Communication, Research, and Writing Skills and Be Ready and Willing to Handle Matters Both Independently and As Part of A Litigation Team.
