Award winning, prominent, AV-rated, nationally known business law firm seeks mid-level or senior Business Litigation Attorney to join our Litigation team, and provide some support in basic transactions work (e.g software or employment agreements).

The firm, located near Osborn and Central in Phoenix, has exquisite 25th floor offices, each office with a magnificent city view as well as the firm's private terrace.

Candidate must be a member of the Arizona State Bar and have 3~4 years (associate attorney) or 5+ years (senior attorney) of legal experience. Some business or transactions experience preferred.

Positions Available:
  • Senior Attorney: 5+ years of experience, $110,00~$125,000 annual
  • Associate attorney: 3~4 years of experience, +$100,000~$110,000 annual
  • Applicants with outstanding academic background or work experience in business or accounting will be considered.
  • Part Time opportunity maybe available

Responsibilities:
  • Case work up, meeting, and correspondence with clients and other attorneys, drafting, arguing pleadings, conducting discovery, including depositions. Generally, firm attorneys meet and work with client from day one.
  • No one case is exactly like another one, which provides a variety of work and interest. Typical cases include partnership disputes, business divorce, trademark infringement, case involving breach of employment, sales and construction agreement, lease review, as well as breach of business agreement, and related documents.

Common legal claims include breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, tortuous interference, conversion and breach of covenant of good faith and fair dealing.
