Job Description:Whiteford (https://www.whitefordlaw.com/) is seeking an attorney with 6-10 years of experience in commercial and business litigation to handle a wide range of business disputes, including, but not limited to, breach of contract, partnership disputes, business torts, and complex commercial litigation work in the Firm's Baltimore, Maryland office. Qualified candidates should have previous courtroom experience and able to manage all phases of pre-trial discovery, including drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, engaging in document production, and preparing for trial; actual trial experience is a strong plus. Excellent academic credentials and exceptional research, analytical, written, and oral communication skills are required.
Candidates must be admitted to the bar of Maryland.
The salary range is $170,000 – $215,000 based on experience.
