Job Description:
Whiteford is seeking an attorney with 3-5 years of experience in business litigation to handle a wide range of business disputes, including, but not limited to, breach of contract, partnership disputes, business torts, and complex commercial litigation work in the Firm's Baltimore or Columbia, Maryland offices.

Qualified candidates should have previous courtroom experience and be able to manage all phases of pre-trial discovery, including drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, engaging in document production, and preparing for trial; actual trial experience is required. Excellent academic credentials and exceptional research, analytical, written, and oral communication skills are required.

Candidates must be admitted to the bar of Maryland.

The salary range is $155,000 – $170,000 based on experience.
