The San Francisco, California office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Business Litigation Associate.

Qualifications:

4–6 years of litigation experience within a Business Litigation Practice Group
Experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions
Skilled in attending mediations, court appearances, and assisting at trials and arbitrations (including FINRA arbitrations)
Strong academic record with excellent research and writing skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $210,000-$225,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
