Dykema is seeking a highly motivated business litigation associate with at least five (5) years of experience to join our Detroit office. Other Michigan office locations may be considered. The ideal candidate will have significant experience litigating contract and business disputes and experience with construction and/or supply chain litigation. Candidates are expected to have experience drafting pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, appearing in court, and working with a team. Strong written and oral advocacy skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment are required. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship. Admission to practice in Michigan is required.
