Winstead PC is seeking a 5-6 year attorney for a position with our Business Litigation (https://www.winstead.com/Practices/Business-Litigation) practice group in Dallas. We are seeking an associate with experience in complex litigation. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:- Business Litigation Experience: Experience in drafting and arguing motion and experience in taking depositions. Additionally, experience in research, document review, drafting pleadings and experience in discovery is required.
- Real Estate Litigation Experience: Experience in real estate litigation is preferred but not required.
- Financial Services Litigation Experience: Experience in representing lenders and with financial services litigation is preferred, but not required.
- Strong academics: Candidates should have strong academic credentials.
- Writing skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting and client communication.
