What You Will Do (Impact)
You will be entrusted with a diverse and challenging caseload, assuming significant responsibilities from the outset.
Qualifications:
- Must be admitted to the Minnesota Bar and in good standing.
- Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of litigation experience, including drafting complicated opinions, motions and legal memoranda, conducting file analysis, taking depositions, and interviewing witnesses.
- Experience across a broad range of litigation matters, including disputes involving life, health, and disability claims under both ERISA and non-ERISA group plans and individual policies a plus.
- Strong academics and excellent writing skills required.
