Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is currently seeking a litigation associate to join one of the California offices. The firm has a robust litigation practice and handles some of the largest cases in federal and state courts around the country.

Qualifications:

Candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in connection with complex business disputes, primarily in the construction sector, and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced litigation practice.
Candidates must have an excellent understanding of civil procedure, experience in taking and defending depositions, as well as court experience.
Candidate must be licensed or eligible to be immediately licensed in California.
Candidate must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills, including complex motion practice and interacting with clients.
Federal clerkship experience is preferred.
