Immediate Opening at our small midtown Manhattan immigration law firm looking to hire an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal or Attorney.1+ years recent full-time employment experience in business immigration including H1B/L1 and PERM/I-140 and associated RFE responses, as well as some exposure to standard family I-130/I-485 and miscellaneous immigration matters as part of overall comprehensive immigration case management. Experience in drafting O-1, EB1 and EB2 with NIW support letters is a significant plus. Effective client communication from intake to resolution of case.
License to practice not required, but completion of a law degree is preferred.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented and possesses excellent writing, research and organizational skills.
In-person office work only at our conveniently located midtown Manhattan law office.
