Thefirm will provide financial support to attorney candidates outside of Floridathat are interested in taking the Florida bar and relocating to SouthwestFlorida.
Weare seeking candidates with 5+ years of significant experience in generalcorporate and business law, with a demonstrated ability to lead transactionspreferred. The successful candidate will have experience advising clients onentity formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercialcontracts, and general business counseling. The candidate should be proficientin drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate agreements, operatingagreements, purchase and sale agreements, and other legal documents related tobusiness transactions.
Whilea portable book of business is welcome, it is not necessary for this position.The ideal candidate will have demonstrated business development capabilitieswith an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage client relationships.Successful candidates will possess excellent academic credentials; the abilityto simultaneously juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining ahigh level of responsiveness; exceptional attention to detail; and outstandingcustomer/client service skills. Admission to the Florida bar is required;candidates not licensed to practice in Florida must be willing to becomeadmitted to the Florida bar. The firm will provide relocation support tocandidates interested in moving to Southwest Florida and reimburse expensesrelated to bar admission.
