Job Description:A Bankruptcy & Creditors Rights Litigation Law Firm is seeking an associate attorney with 5+ years of commercial litigation experience in New Jersey and New York state and federal courts. Qualified candidates will possess experience handling a broad array of complex commercial litigation matters, including those involving contract and business disputes, enforcing and protecting shareholder rights, real estate-related litigation, and matters before the Chancery and Probate Courts. Candidates should have experience in managing all aspects of discovery, including depositions and electronic discovery, as well as outstanding brief writing skills.
