Steptoe & Johnson PLLC is actively seeking a transactional Attorney with 8+ years of experience to join our busy Trusts & Estates practice in our Oklahoma City, OK office. Prior experience in estate planning, trust administration, probate, business succession planning, or related transactional work is required. Candidates should have a strong working knowledge of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, fiduciary responsibilities, and the documentation used in sophisticated estate and business planning matters, along with proficiency in drafting the same. Important attributes include being detail-oriented, possessing excellent writing skills, demonstrating a strong work ethic, and having the ability to communicate effectively with clients. License to practice in OK is required.
