Steptoe & Johnson PLLC is actively seeking a transactional Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join our busy Corporate and M&A practice in our Dallas, Texas office. Prior experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private or public securities, and corporate law are required. Private and commercial lending experience would be a bonus. Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and the other documentation used in complex M&A, securities, and private equity transactions and experience in being the lead associate and running deals. Important attributes include, detail-oriented, excellent writing skills, strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. License to practice in TX is required.
