Prior experience with environmental and administrative law, including environmental permitting, regulatory compliance, enforcement matters, and representing clients before state and federal environmental agencies, is preferred. Important attributes include attention to detail, excellent writing and communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively with clients. License to practice in WV is required.
