Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join our corporate and transactional practice. What You'll Do:

Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
Provide counsel on entity formation, governance, and general business operations
Support corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations
Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to deliver practical and strategic advice to clients

Experience:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar membership in the Oregon State Bar (or ability to waive in)
2-5 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in house setting
Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and independently

Pay: $87,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
