Briefing Attorney Wanted (multiple Houston locations)We're a growing Plaintiff personal injury law firm looking for a Briefing Attorney to assist our litigation department. The position will involve preparing cases for trial, drafting motions, filing petitions, assisting the firm's litigation dockets. Responsibilities:
- Conduct Legal Research
- Perform legal analysis
- Draft motions and responses to opposing counsel's motions
- Assist in Trial Preparation
Minimum Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree
- Texas State Bar licensed
- Must be able to travel up to 20%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong Research/Writing skills
- Judicial Clerk/Law Review background a plus
